Sue is responsible for coaching our Account Managers and leads on the creation and delivery of Versilia’s customer retail strategies, including crew engagement.

At Gate Total Solutions, Sue initially managed the easyJet retail concession. For Gate Retail Onboard Sue was Managing Director, New Business and Product Innovation lead with responsibilities that span across crew engagement, retail product procurement and brand development as well as managing customer accounts in Asia, Australia and South America.

An industry champion, Sue is the representative for inflight concessionaires for the UK Travel Retail Forum (UKTRF). Before switching to retail, Sue spent her early career in the hotel and hospitality sector before moving to the aviation industry, where she held several management positions with TUI (formerly Britannia Airways).
